Excellent stay near the Vatican
attentive staff modern design
The staff was attentive. The room was modernly designed and clean. The beds were comfortable and all standard amenities were available with extra perks, i appreciate that. The breakfast offered fresh food with good variety.
The temperature control did not maintain consistent ac cooling. This was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel has a cozy outdoor cafe for drinks and food. I saw staff were attentive there. The hotel also offers luggage storage. This service is available after checkout. There IS A restaurant on-site for dining.

elevator problem difficult stairs
The elevator remained out of service. This made climbing stairs difficult after long days of walking. It was inconvenient, especially with luggage.
